MAJOR TOM wasn’t born overnight. It’s the result of years of dreaming, experimenting, evolving, and listening…to our guests, our team, and to our own sense of what feels right.
PULL up a chair. Take a TASTE. Come JOIN us.
We’re proud to be part of the RiNo community serving refined comfort food, fresh flavors, and a little something special at 2843 Larimer Street. Whether you’re joining us for a quick bite or a night-long hang with friends, there’s a seat for you at Major Tom.
You might remember Call, our original spot next to Beckon: an ambitious little bungalow with a loyal following and more than a few growing pains. After some wins, a few hard lessons, and a pandemic that turned the world upside down, we decided to start fresh.
The goal? Create a place that felt like us.
Relaxed. Genuine. Friendly. Delicious.
What started as a pared-down wine bar became something more: a full kitchen, a thoughtful cellar, and a bar that’s anything but an afterthought. We tried Scandinavian-inspired dishes, toyed with themes, pushed boundaries, and kept what worked. Slowly, we shaped Major Tom into what it is today: a casual-elegant neighborhood restaurant with shareable plates, standout drinks, and a come-as-you-are energy we’re proud to call our own.
We’re the sister restaurant to Beckon, but where Beckon is quiet and refined, Major Tom is open, vibrant, and a little unexpected. It’s the kind of place we’d want to spend our own night off.

Special Thanks
Kevin Oster, our farm manager, helps keep our ingredients as fresh and local as possible, especially during Colorado’s growing season.
Joe Freeman, a talented photographer and longtime friend, captured many of the images you’ll see on this site. His work helps tell our story visually, and we’re lucky to have him along for the ride.
