CHAMPAGNE isn’t just a celebration drink around here; it’s part of the everyday magic that makes dining at Major Tom special.
Our list is hand-selected by Lead Sommelier Andrew Bouton to showcase both iconic houses and small grower-producers who are redefining what Champagne can be.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just discovering what makes bubbles so brilliant, our team is here to guide you toward a bottle (or glass) that suits your moment, and your meal.

A List with Heart (and a Lot of Bubbles)
Our program leans heavily into grower Champagne; the families who have farmed for generations and are now crafting their own expressive, terroir-driven wines. These bottles carry stories, depth, and personality, and as a small, independently owned restaurant, we love supporting like-minded producers.
That said, you’ll also find select bottlings from historical estates that have earned their place for good reason. Balance is everything.
The list changes frequently, especially by the bottle, with a consistent rotation of seasonal selections by the glass. Crisp rosé in summer, textured blanc de blancs in cooler months; the mood (and the menu) helps guide the pour.
HOW TO DIVE IN
If you’re already a Champagne fan, welcome; you’re in good hands.
If you’re just getting into bubbles, don’t be shy. We love answering questions, making recommendations, and helping guests discover something new. Whether you’re pairing a bottle with oysters or sipping a glass alongside our dry-aged NY strip, there’s no wrong way to enjoy Champagne here.
You might even find a favorite new pairing with something unexpected, like our savory overnight cabbage, a house staple that just happens to be best friends with a blanc de noirs.
